また、平素は格別なるご高配を賜り厚く御礼申しあげます。

弊社では、誠に勝手ながら、年末年始の営業を下記のとおりとさせていただきます。
大変ご迷惑をお掛けいたしますが、何卒ご了承くださいますようお願い申し上げます。

2012年12月29日（土）～2013年1月6日（日）まで休業させて頂きます。
