本日、１０月１日は１９８３年に社団法人 全日本コーヒー協会により
「コーヒーの日」に制定されているそうです。
これは日本では、秋冬期にコーヒーの需要が高くなることが大きく、
またブラジルのコーヒー豆の収穫が９月に終了し、
１０月からは新しい「コーヒー年度」に入ることが理由だとされています。
