川崎市は９月３日、「川崎市藤子・Ｆ・不二雄ミュージアム」（川崎市多摩区）が
開館１周年になるのを記念して、「ドラえもん」に、特別住民票を交付しました。
漫画で、ドラえもんは２１１２年９月３日が「誕生日」。
交付日は、ちょうど誕生日の１００年前。

市長は「ドラえもんは最も有名な川崎市民。観光・文化大使として国際社会に宣伝してほしい」
と語ったそうです。
