山形方式節電

東日本大震災に伴う夏場の電力不足を回避するために
山形県が呼び掛けている県民節電運動「山形方式節電」の
第2回目社会実験が本日（5月31日）の午後1時～3時に実施されるそうです。
15％削減を目標にしているので、協力したいと思います。
