鍋物やおでんに欠かせない秋冬ダイコンの市場価格が、
全国的な出荷量の増加で値崩れを起こしているそうです。
原因は１１月の記録的な暖かさと、平年を大幅に上回った降水量だそうで
急激に肥大したため、大きすぎて流通に適さないダイコンが続出しているとか。
ダイコンの国指定産地、兵庫県たつの市御津町の「成山新田」では、自主廃棄する農家も出始めました。
豊作するぎるのも、難しいですね。
