上山市安全宣言

福島第1原発事故で飛散した放射線量が、山形県内で人体に影響がない低い水準で
推移していることを踏まえ、上山市は５月２日、市民生活や農畜産物の安全宣言を行いました。
東北地方の自治体で安全宣言を出したのは上山市が初めてです。
